- I completed a 12-week Body-for-LIFE challenge in 2004, with great results. I transformed my body, learned a lot about training and nutrition, and was so completely hooked by the fitness and health thing that I became a personal trainer. I even picked up a prize in the national competition that year, and my gold champion's pin is one of my most prized possessions. But what happens AFTER a 12-week challenge?
