Question
If you find that you're constantly having to hitch your pants up during your insane cardio workout, does that mean:
a) that you shouldn't do burpees? or
b) that you need smaller pants?
Personally, I'm leaning towards a)

Anyway, I thought trainers were exempt from burpees!!
Apparently not.
Burpees I can handle. 8-count bodybuilders though? *runs away screaming*

Braces, or I'm thinking one of those old time weight lifter suits with the straps like the strong man used to wear in the circus!
